Website Maintenance

After the project timeline ends, to continue with site upkeep a monthly fee of $400 will be required on the 1st of each month. Upkeep includes a total of four days - 1 check-in per week. The site will be overviewed to make any changes, fix any bugs, and run security scans. Site maintenance will only be address on the designated weekly review days Monday-Friday to be determined with designer and client.

Website assessment will be sent to the client via email at the end of each weekly summary to list activity or changes made. Changes may/may not be necessarily needed week to week. This package is recommended to clients that do not wish to keep up their site on their own. Only small changes to the site will be made. If the client wishes to change the overall site framework or appearance that requires an extensive amount of time, a new web design fee will be drafted.

Proofs

For the sake of time, all projects are allowed up to three revisions (A,B,&C). An additional fee of $15/revision will be charged for more revisions to projects (D-Z). Proofs will only be shared via a provided link to GoVisually. Any notes or changes to design must be submitted through GoVisually for record-keeping. This new feature will allow you to share your designs with friends and team members, while also making it easier than combing through emails and attachments.

 

Project Termination

Project(s) will be automatically terminated if the client goes over 14 days without communication to move forward. Deposits are non-refundable. The client must pay a project reinstatement fee of $100 to reopen.

AnnaKiya Designs, LLC reserves the right to terminate any and all projects including but not limited to lack of communication from client, late payments, changing deadlines.

Client Onboarding

  • Nondisclosure Agreement 

Establishes that any creative discussion, ideas, files, or images disclosed to the client or authorized representative will remain confidential.

  • Payment Terms of Agreement:

Confirms that the client understands the payment process and the legal ramifications that will take place if payments are not made in a timely manner or in accordance with established payment plans.

 
  • Client Profile Information

Tells us about the client/brand. This information is used to coordinate promotions, gifts, and services that best suit our customers. It also allows the client to discuss what they are hoping to achieve when working with us.

  • Authorized Representative Form

We get it, you're booked and busy! It's a year of making moves and you have a business to run. This form allows you to "tag in" a trusted friend or team member to make decisions for you when you are not available. The client absorbs all responsibility for the decisions made on your behalf by the authorized representative.

  • Credit Card Authorization

Most of our clients prefer us to order prints, samples, etc. Design lingo can become confusing when discussing color codes, paperweight, finishes, and more with production companies. Let us handle your orders to make sure colors and quality are consistent with the design vision. As a plus, we have acquired a list of trusted vendors that produce high-quality brand collateral and access special rates ranging from 10%-60% off most print orders.

Product Manufacturing

For clients wishing to have product merchandise created and do not know where to order wholesale. The client must have a clearly defined budget for product manufacturing. A finder's fee of $300 will be assigned per product. This includes two weeks of research on manufacturers and shipping as well as being a liaison with the manufacturer throughout the ordering process. The client must have credit card authorization for overseas manufacturer orders.

It is solely the client's final decision as to which items go into final productions. We are not responsible for researching what your items' resale price should be. It is suggested to do research on determining product specs for your product before we begin working. AnnaKiya will only advise based on current product and design trends. We highly recommend ordering product samples for any and all private-label items for quality assurance. Your business = your product. Only manufacture products you believe in.

Consultations

Consultations are scheduled on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If you are a client and would like to discuss the progress of a current project, please refer to your Client Welcome Packet for instructions. A confirmation email or phone call will be sent

. No-Shows for in-person or Skype consultations will not be allowed to book future in-person or Skype calls. A late fee of $30 will be billed to the client for late arrival. The appointment will be terminated and must be rescheduled if the client is more than 45min late.

Files and Image Sharing

Files will be sent via email attachments or through GoVisually/Dropbox links. Unedited flattened images and design files will be sent to the client at specifications requested for the project. Editable working files of any and all designs will not be given to the client or another designer/third-party for any reason. They are not for sale. [Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, etc]

Add-Ons

The client may request additional design projects to an existing package via www.annakiyadesigns.com service store. A la cart add-ons must be paid in full and include a limited selection of print and digital media. Rush cannot be applied to add-ons.
